Thank You Page.

With most e-commerce set-ups, the buyer is redirected to a thank you page once a successful payment is taken. These are pages you can usually set up (but with some e-commerce systems, it will be a default page). If you can customize this, that would be great. You will want to include the following on this page if possible:

• Tell them the transaction was successful
• Thank them
• Include the name of the product they just bought
• Include the company name that will show up on their credit card statement (it may not be your company name, so in that case, it’s essential to let them know the name that will display there; otherwise, you can get a lot of chargebacks).
• Tell them how they can access the course
